Sound familiar?

If you have ever caught yourself thinking this

01 / 04

I would have to explain my entire world before anyone could even start to work with me.

02 / 04

Lately the website keeps pulling me back in, and it drains me. I would rather give that energy to my offerings.

03 / 04

Everything I write about my work makes it sound smaller than it is.

04 / 04

I lost a whole weekend to it and still could not get past the same bug. Not even the AI could help me.

None of that means you are bad at this. The building part was just never your work. It can be someone else's, someone who does this every day and builds it around what makes you different.

Why work with me

The mental energy you spend building the website is the same energy you won't have left for your family, for working on your offers, or simply for resting.

Handing it over only works if the person taking it already knows your world. I meditate, I go to cacao ceremonies and family-friendly festivals, and I was going for years before any of it was work. Most of the people on this page I met there, long before they were clients.

Before this I built websites for a living for five years. The strategy, the words and the build come from one person, so nothing gets lost between three suppliers, and the four or five months this takes when you do it alone becomes about two weeks. It also means your site can do what a template cannot, or what building it alone could not: a live booking board, a members area with its own app for your videos, or a site you can still edit yourself from a simple panel.

Then you get your evenings back, your mental energy back, and a site built around what only you do.

I'm looking at websites that talk to me, that have to do with me. I chose you because you're empathetic, present, you meditate. You match my values.

How it works

You will know what happens next at every step, including what it costs and when you pay.

You are interested, so let's talk

You bring your questions and get clear answers. A written proposal comes afterwards, and we go through it together.

You leave the first call with answers, and nothing to decide yet.

First part: when you say yes to the proposal.

How this goes

You bring your questions first and get clear answers. Then I ask about what you sell, who it is for, and whether there is a deadline. If you want to go ahead, a written proposal comes to you afterwards, and we book a second call to go through it together, until the number works for both of us.

Your brand and your words, before any design

Two conversations about your people and your site, written back to you in words they will recognise.

You approve all of it before anything visual exists.

How this goes

Two conversations. There are questions ready, but they are a guide: whatever comes up, we talk about it, and I help you find the words as we go. The first is about your people and what makes you different; the second is about the site itself, what each page has to do and feel. Both come back to you written down, in the exact words your people will recognise. No words or photos yet? That is where almost everyone starts.

The direction, then the design

Something to react to first, then the design, shaped by what you tell me until you like what you see.

While your project is on my desk, any message gets an answer inside 24 hours.

Second part: once you approve the direction.

How this goes

This part is shaped around you. Sometimes it is a moodboard with more than one direction to react to; sometimes I design two or three versions of the opening of your homepage, the first thing people see, and you tell me what you like in each. I keep folding that back in, until you like what you see. You always know what I am working on next, even when I am away.

It becomes yours

Your domain, your email and your own editor, with a short video so you know what you can change.

Full handover, and 0€ a year in hosting.

Last part: after you have seen the finished site, a range you choose from, based on what the work was worth to you.

How this goes

Everything technical is already done before it goes live. Your own domain and email, and a site built so Google and AI can find it fast. Then your own editor, labelled in your words, with a short video walking you through the parts you can edit. If you would rather not spend your energy on edits, a maintenance package covers every edit, small design tweaks, and new sections, from 50€ a month. Anything bigger later, a revamp, a new app, gets its own price between us.

“Easier than I expected. You drew things out of me that I probably couldn't have on my own. You looked happy at moments when I was thinking, is this really it? And your reaction gave me the comfort and the confidence to keep going.”

Kind words

Every event we run is different, and I needed to manage all of it myself.

Tiago made sure I felt part of the entire process.

Now our tribe has a beautiful portal where they can feel at home, no matter where they are, and I update everything myself.

I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, but Tiago ingeniously managed to capture the aesthetic vision I had in mind.

He was, in a way, like an eagle: he managed to take a broader view of what I wanted, even when I myself couldn't see it clearly.

He brought the website of my dreams to life.

Our old Wix site couldn't hold a festival of this scale.

Tiago rebuilt the whole thing, and now the website is not something we think about.

He handles every change, so we can put all of our attention into the festival.

Everything was running through WhatsApp and I was explaining the same things about every retreat.

Now they all live in one place I manage myself.

More than just a website, he creates a portal for connection.

The website was taking too long to load, and people could leave within just a few seconds without even seeing what I had to offer.

The biggest difference for me was the speed. The website now loads almost instantly.

It no longer feels like a DIY website, and I feel much more confident sending potential clients there.

Tiago built just that, and went beyond our expectations, integrating elements of the brand and creative details we hadn't even shared.

Now we have a beautiful page to showcase our clothes, where people can easily order, and we have full control over the process.

Frequently asked
questions

01
How much does a project cost?
Moving and rebuilding a site you already have starts at 1,000€, and reaches around 4,000€ with hundreds of images, an editor and new words. A new site is usually 2,000€ to 6,000€. What moves the number is scope: how many pages, whether the brand and the words start from scratch, and whether the site has to do something, like bookings or events. Every proposal comes in phases with a price on each, and you know every number before anything starts, including the range for the last part. If you would rather get a read on your own first, there are five questions that point you to what you need, and a page on what doing it yourself really costs.
02
What if my budget is smaller?
Tell me anyway. If the timing is right and we are a good fit, we find the shape together. That can mean starting with the page that matters most and adding the rest later, spreading the payment over more months, or settling part of it in something you offer, a course or a session I would genuinely want. Money is one form the exchange can take.
03
How long does it take?
You see something real early, usually the opening of your homepage in the first week, and we shape the rest from there. A full site is one to three weeks of my work. In this world, though, your life has its own rhythm: a retreat, a course, a season that fills up. When you need a few weeks before you can look at the next step, the project simply waits for you, so two weeks of my work can become two months on the calendar, and that is fine. The site can go live in parts, the most important page first, so you never wait for the last page to get the first one.
04
Is 0€ hosting real, and can I edit it myself?
Yes to both. Your site is not rented from a platform, so there is no subscription keeping it online. The one thing you pay is your domain, in your name. You edit it yourself in a simple editor labelled in your own words: a date, a price, a photo or a whole event is a five-minute job, and edits cost nothing. The code, the domain and the content are all in your name. If you would rather not touch it at all, maintenance starts at 50€ a month.
05
Do you use AI?
Yes, and I would rather tell you than have you find out later. AI does the slow parts: the first draft of the code, the checks, the repetitive work that used to fill a timeline. Every decision that shapes your brand, your words and how the site feels is made by me, the person you talk to. I wrote code by hand for five years, so I can tell when the machine is wrong. What it gives you is time, and that time goes into the thinking and the details you can feel. I wrote about how I work here.
06
Do you know this world?
Probably. I go to the dances, the cacao ceremonies and the gatherings, I practise yoga and I sit to meditate, so you will not have to explain what cacao is, what the dancing is actually for, why your people keep coming back, or why the decision took you two years. And you will not be handed a stock photo of a stranger meditating on a beach, because I know what this work looks like from the inside.

It starts with two conversations, one about your brand and your people, one about the website itself, and you approve the words that come out of them before anything visual exists.
07
You are one person. What if something happens?
You get the person who does the work. On most projects this size the words come from a copywriter, the look from a designer and the build from a developer, and the pieces arrive not quite fitting: there is no room in the design for the real headline, the developer builds what was drawn instead of what was meant, and you end up carrying messages between three people who have never spoken to each other. Here there is nobody to relay anything to, and when something needs changing you tell me, and I am the one who changes it.

And I am not going to pretend one person can never be ill or away. What protects you is ownership: the code, the domain and the content are in your name, documented, and not locked inside my account. Any competent developer can pick it up from where it stands and have it running again quickly, with nothing to unpick first.

Still have a question? Ask it in one message. A voice note is fine.
